Lilongwe, Malawi – NICO General Insurance celebrated excellence, resilience, and partnership at the NICO General Broker Awards 2025, held at the Bingu International Convention Centre, where leading brokers were recognised for their performance and contribution to the growth of Malawi’s insurance industry.
The ceremony was graced by Guest of Honour Dr. Kisu Simwaka, Deputy Governor (Operations) at the Reserve Bank of Malawi, who spoke on the evolving regulatory landscape and emphasised the importance of strong compliance, sound governance, and effective industry oversight in supporting a stable and trusted insurance sector.
NICO General Chief Executive Officer Donbell Mandala highlighted the importance of collaboration within the insurance ecosystem and shared key achievements recorded by NICO General in 2025, noting that these milestones were made possible through strong and consistent partnerships with brokers.
