The NICO Group represented by NICO General, NICO Pension, and NICO Life Insurance held Broker Workshops under the theme “Navigating the Future Together”, aimed at engaging with brokers and exploring the emerging risks in the Malawian insurance market. During the event, presentations were made, sharing updates on products and functionalities that can aid customers in the insurance processes.
Donbell Mandala, CEO of NICO General Insurance, shared his thoughts on the event, saying, “It was a great pleasure to host the One NICO Brokers Workshop in Blantyre. As a company, we value our brokers and the vital role they play in the success of our business. This event was an excellent opportunity to engage and interact with these valuable partners and provide updates on our company’s progress.”
One of the brokers who attended the workshop, Delvin Khongono, expressed his gratitude for the informative event and the opportunity to engage with The NICO Group companies. He said, “I appreciate the updates that we received on products, functionalities and the presentations from the different companies. It was a great experience, and I hope more of these workshops will be held in the future.”
Following the success of the first Workshop in Blantyre, a similar workshop was scheduled in Lilongwe to provide brokers with a platform to discuss and interact with the different NICO Companies and learn new ways to serve customers better in the ever-changing insurance industry.
